Like, the Raiders, man—they were there before they went to LA, then back to Oakland, and now they’re in Vegas, but when they were in Oaktown? They were taking all these cast-offs and turning ‘em into heroes, man—sometimes even champions. That’s just Oakland for you—no frills, all heart, dude. And Kamala?

She’s from right there, man. She became a prosecutor, takin’ care of business, keepin’ it real. That’s just how things shake out, man. And that’s kinda the spirit of this whole country, you know? Most of us didn’t get handed much, but we grind, we love this place, and we’ve got each other’s backs. When the chips are down, we step up. That’s Kamala, man—that’s what she’s all about.

And it’s way different from those other dudes, man. Way different.

  Trump is using dogs to convince Americans that he cares about anyone besides himself, but we are not fooled. He spread a lie that immigrants in Ohio are eating dogs in order to seem sympathetic and human, but it failed. He uses “dog” as an insult. He has multiple homes and not one houses a dog. He at one point considered a running mate who openly admitted and bragged about shooting her one year old dog!

Perhaps he doesn’t like that dogs can smell fear, that when you are an alpha dog, you make eye contact. Dogs watched Trump debate Harris, and they saw his inability to look her in the eyes. They can see that he is a beta, a weak little man, and he hates that.

You know who doesn’t hate dogs? Kamala Harris. Maybe because for Kamala, “like a dog” isn’t an insult – it’s a badge of honor. As a prosecutor, she stands by your side, watching out for you and making sure your home, family, and community are safe.

She’s a good human.

The Day of the Lord is coming. Vice President Harris began her Christian baptist faith journey in the children’s choir at the Church of God in Oakland, California. Her favorite Bible verse is “We walk by faith and not by sight” (Corinthians 2:5-7). Former President Trump does not know how to pronounce Corinthians 2, any more than he knows how to hold the Scripture upright. It is time to stop pretending Trump is Cyrus or Samson; he is a false prophet who worships money and idolatry. We refuse to bear false witness.

Donald Trump has smeared and insulted veterans his entire life, starting with “bone spurs” to avoid service. His longest-serving Chief of Staff, Gold Star father and General John Kelly, described Trump as “the most flawed person I have ever met in my life.” Kelly said publicly that Trump “did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees” and “demonstrated open contempt … for all Gold Star families.” Kelly further said that Trump “rants that our most precious heroes who gave their lives in America’s defense are ‘losers’ and wouldn’t visit their graves in France.” 

Meanwhile, Kamala Harris has been there for veterans as Attorney General, Senator, and Vice President. She fought anti-veteran fraud and championed expansions of benefits for veterans. Harris understands sacrifice and our oath to the Constitution.  She fights with and for us.

More Than 200 Republican Lawmakers and Staffers Have Endorsed Kamala Harris for President

Third Way has documented how Stein is “almost openly an agent of Russian President Vladimir Putin;” both Stein and Putin profit personally from war and fossil fuels. Putin himself is no friend of Muslims; he has fanned Islamophobia in Russia while his military carries out brutal assaults against Muslim communities.

One year after October 7, 2023, when violence took tens of thousands of lives in the Holy Land, let’s not forget who suffers. Hamas, Netanyahu, Iran, and Russia are not paying the price of their actions; it’s the innocent families who continue to suffer. Here in America, the way we help them and fight for a just world is by ensuring Kamala Harris becomes president.
